Management changes at Trox

GERMANY: There are changes at Trox with the sudden departure of chairman Michael Bauer and the appointment of Udo Jung as general manager of Trox GmbH.
Michael Bauer’s departure comes just one year after his appointment as chairman, his departure being described as “part of a strategic realignment of the company”.
In his new role, Udo Jung will be responsible for product management, production, sales and research and development. He has been employed at Trox’s fan business Trox TLT GmbH since 1997, latterly as md. Since 2013 he has also been vice president of product management safety engineering of Trox GmbH and, since 2014, md of BSH Technology Polska, its Polish trading partner that it acquired last year.
