Marchesini elected chairman of Assoclima

ITALY: Maurizio Marchesini, MD of chiller manufacturer Rhoss, has been named as the new chairman of Assoclima, the Italian association of air conditioning manufacturers.

In his current role at Rhoss since the beginning of 2019, Marchesini was previously two years at De Rigo Refrigeration and prior to that spent over 17 years at Climaveneta, latterly as managing director.

During his two-year chairmanship of Assoclima he will be supported by vice presidents Stefano Bellò, CEO of Clivet, Antonio Bongiorno of Daikin Italy, Andrea Cetrone, MD of Panasonic Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Italy, France and Tecnair SpA, and Marco Saccone of Olimpia Splendid.
