Maston installed as ASHRAE president

USA: Sarah E Maston has been installed as president of ASHRAE for 2026–27. 

Maston is director of commissioning and energy services at Toronto-based Colliers Project Leaders. A mechanical engineer, Maston has over 25 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC systems evaluation, troubleshooting, design, startup, and commissioning for a variety of project types. 

A recipient of ASHRAE’s distinguished service award, she has previously served on the ASHRAE board of directors as treasurer and vice president, and also served on various ASHRAE committees. 

Ashish Rakheja director/chief operating officer at AEON, Uttar Pradesh, India, takes over as president-elect, supported by treasurer Wade H Conlan, assistant vice president/commissioning and energy discipline manager at Hanson Professional Services, Maitland, Florida.
