Multi Wing acquires fan maker VIP

DENMARK: Axial impeller manufacturer Multi-Wing Group has acquired 100% of the shares in Italian fan manufacturer VIP Air Empowerment Srl.

Founded in 1985, VIP Air Empowerment is said to have established a strong posion in the Italian HVAC&R axial fan solution market, experiencing significant growth in recent years. As part of the deal, the Fasolini family owners will remain in the company.

The acquisition as a significant step in Multi-Wing’s transition to fan solutions.

“Combining our 65+ years of aerodynamic expertise and modular axial impeller portfolio with VIP’s long-time focus on fan solutions, integrated setup, and very strong product portfolio makes this combination highly synergistic and a strong enabler for our long-term vision,” said Multi-Wing  CEO Jesper Bernho.
