R454B boosts Solstice sales

USA: A 13% increase in refrigerant sales helped push total Solstice sales for the second quarter to $1,148m.

Latest figures across the company’s nuclear, electronic materials, refrigerants, and healthcare packaging sectors show total net net sales up 11% year-on-year.

Refrigerants net sales increased to $473m, supported by strong volume and pricing, including continued demand for R454B, its lower GWP replacement for R410A, alongside accelerating data centre orders.
