Rainer Grosse-Kracht named EPEE president

BELGIUM: Rainer Grosse-Kracht, chief technology officer at compressor manufacturer Bitzer, has been named as president of the European Partnership for Energy and the Environment (EPEE).
He succeeds Andrea Vallejo who has held the role since 2022. Valejo, previously vice president and general manager global industrial refrigeration at Johnson Controls, recently joined commercial laboratory testing company ALS Environmental.
Rainer Grosse-Kracht has been a member of the EPEE steering committee since 2009. He has been working for Bitzer since 1997 was previously a chairman chairman of the Association of European Refrigeration Component Manufacturers (ASERCOM).
