Registration opens for EuroventSummit

BELGIUM: Early bird registration is now open for the 2018 EuroventSummit, the Eurovent association’s major gathering for key decision-makers in HVAC, process cooling, and cold chain technologies.

The four-day programme includes around 40 seminars, meetings, and events, and is expected to attract close to 500 industry leaders from around the world. As usual, the EuroventSummit will offer a varied side programme and activities that go beyond the usual conference experience.

Being held from 25 to 28 September in Seville, Spain, the 2018 event is co-organised by the Eurovent Association, Eurovent Certification, Eurovent Market Intelligence, and the Spanish associations AFEC and AEFYT.

Next to the connectivity leader EBM-Papst, the event is supported by more than 30 Spanish and international organisations. In line with current industry developments, this year’s guiding theme is #VivaLaConectividad.

“Industry 4.0, the internet of things, smart appliances, data security, life cycle cost. Considering these and related opportunities and challenges deriving from the ongoing digital and industrial revolution, we want our sector to share best practices and recent developments. Yet, #VivaLaConectividad involves much more than this,” Eurovent president Alex Rasmussen said, referring to this year’s summit theme.

After two successful previous editions of the EuroventSummit in Berlin and Krakow, this year will see a particular focus on Southern European markets. Highlights include the Eurovent Innovation/HUB at the Naval Museum, the 60th anniversary celebration of the Eurovent Association in a beautiful Andalusian Hacienda, a dedicated workshop for Installers in Spanish by the Spanish federation CONAIF, and the Spanish Industry Symposium organised by AEFYT and AFEC (in English and Spanish).

Tickets for the 2018 EuroventSummit can now be purchased at www.eurovent-summit.eu.
