San Román joins Spanish AC association AFEC

SPAIN: Marta San Román Cruz has been appointed deputy director of the Spanish air conditioning manufacturers’ association AFEC.
She joins the association from Spanish heating manufacturer Orkli where she held the position of international sales director. Marta joined Orkli in 2017 after seven years at Honeywell where she led the EMEAI refrigerants marketing team. Prior to that, she spent five years at Ingersoll Rand, latterly as marketing director EMEIA.
Marta San Román Cruz has also participated in various commercial and technical associations, as well as in industrial groups and in legislative forums both in Spain (AEFYT, ATECYR, ASHRAE, AFAR), and in Europe (EPEE, EFCTC, Solar Heat Europe-ESTTP), acting as a member technical committees, steering committees and specialised working groups.
