Sanhua and Midea sign business agreement

CHINA: Chinese manufacturers Sanhua and Midea have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to deepen collaboration in refrigeration control component innovation, B2B business procurement and joint overseas expansion. 

Sanhua Intelligent Controls currently provides products and services to the Midea Group. The signing of this agreement is said to elevate the partnership to a comprehensive strategic level, advancing cooperation in product and technology R&D, supply chain synergy, and global resource sharing. 

The agreement is said to combine the strengths of both companies and amplifies value across the industrial ecosystem. 

A statement from the companies said: “By working closely together, Sanhua and Midea aim to contribute to global green transformation, intelligent upgrades, and create superior intelligent living ecosystems for global consumers.”

The two parties have been collaborating for nearly 30 years and have established an extensive track record in lean manufacturing practices, technology co-innovation, and quality enhancement initiatives.
