Several updates in 2020 ASHRAE handbook

USA: ASHRAE’s newly-published 2020 Handbook contains updated information to help system designers and operators select and use equipment that is the best fit for a particular application.

The 2020 ASHRAE Handbook—HVAC Systems and Equipment discusses various systems and the equipment they comprise, and describes features and differences. The content has been reviewed and revised by ASHRAE technical committee experts and is said to contain several new updates of interest to many users.

A new feature of the handbook is an annotatable PDF download. Users can highlight relevant text and add their own notes and comments.

The volume is published as a bound print volume, as a downloadable PDF, and online, and in two editions using imperial or SI units. The cost of the print bound volume is $230. Individual chapters may also be purchased as PDF downloads. More information here.
