Vandiepenbeeck named JCI EMEALA president

UK: Johnson Controls has named Marc Vandiepenbeeck as vice president and president, Building Solutions Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America (EMEALA).

Vandiepenbeeck succeeds Tomas Brannemo, who has led the EMEALA business since 2019 and plans to leave the company at the end of its fiscal year to pursue other opportunities.

In a career spanning 18 years at Johnson Controls, Vandiepenbeeck will now oversee Johnson Controls’ $3.8 billion Building Solutions operations across 90 countries.

Most recently vice president and chief financial officer for the $9.3 billion Building Solutions North America business, Vandiepenbeeck first joined the company in 2005 as EMEA finance manager working out of Brussels.
