Wozair buys majority stake in Veotec
5th June 2017UK: Wozair, the UK manufacturer of HVACR equipment, has acquired a majority shareholding in Veotec, a specialist in air separation, filtration and louvre HVAC products.
Established in 2007, Veotec Group has offices and fabrication facilities in the UK, Europe and the USA, with partner companies and agents in Italy, South Korea, Germany and Singapore. The company specialises in the design and fabrication of equipment used in a wide range of industries including power generation, oil and gas, marine and transport. Its products are used to protect and extend the life of equipment including diesel and gas turbine engines and HVAC systems in the harshest ebvironments.
Wozair was originally established in the UK in 1986 as Waterloo Air Technology. Following a management buy-out of Waterloo-Ozonair in 1995, the name was abbreviated to Wozair in 2000.
