York in Dutch deal with Coolmark

NETHERLANDS: Coolmark, the Dutch refrigeration wholesaler and air conditioning distributor, has signed a cooperation agreement with Johnson Controls York to provide ready-made climate solutions for the Dutch market.

The deal expands the Coolmark portfolio with air- and water-cooled chillers, fan coils, rooftop units, air- and water-cooled heat pumps, thermostats, valves and BMS systems. Coolmark will focus on products up to 600kW cooling and heating capacity.

Explaining the reasons for the collaboration, Coolmark says it recognises that its role is changing: “It is no longer just about delivering the right product at the right place for the best price on time. Advice, project management and knowledge sharing are becoming increasingly important and our customers demand integrated and sustainable solutions.”

Coolmark BV, a member of the Beijer Ref group, is the largest refrigeration wholesaler and air conditioning distributor in the Netherlands. Its office and warehouse are situated in Barendrecht and the air conditioning warehousing and distribution taking place from ‘t Goy, near Utrecht.
