Entrance to NEC HallsBustling aisleThe ACR Show is the only national exhibition for the UK refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

Backed by headline sponsor Daikin UK, the exhibition is a must-attend event for all those who need to keep up-to-date with the latest advances in air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump technology, and, potentially, important legal changes set to take place.

As part of its coverage of the event, the Cooling Post brings you this regularly updated preview of the participants, the events and new technologies and products to be seen at the show.

And there will be much to see – and hear. Although a decision on revisions to the European F-gas regulations is currently hanging on a knife-edge, the exhibition will provide the first opportunity for most to learn of the likely consequences for their own businesses. Whether or not Europe agrees on the revisions there will be consequences for the industry and end-users. The ACR Show will provide a unique forum to find out what these will be.

All the major refrigerant manufacturers and suppliers have booked stand space and the F-gas regulations will be one of the main topics at the free-to-attend seminar programmes.

Two theatres, running parallel programmes throughout the three days of the show, will cover Technical and Business topics. The full seminar programme can be found here.

The exhibition has the backing of the industry’s leading trade associations, including contractor’s organisation B&ES Association, manufacturer’s groups HEVAC and BRA, and the industry’s professional body, The Institute of Refrigeration (IOR).
