FRANCE: Carrier has announced the launch of its new BluEdge service platform for Carrier and Ciat HVAC equipment in Europe.
The BluEdge service platform, which was launched in the US last year, is designed to meet unique customer requirements and keep equipment running efficiently throughout the product lifecycle.
BluEdge offers three tiers of service to suit customer requirements:
Core is described as an economical solution for customers with a connected chiller and need for standard support. The Core plan allows Carrier to support customer needs with a mix of online and onsite presence;
Enhance is a complete preventive maintenance agreement that combines site presence with a high level of remote connectivity. Carrier maximises equipment life, uptime and performance with customised support for each HVAC asset. Services can be selected according to specific needs, system configuration and cost. With an Enhance solution, Carrier guarantees compliance with the F-gas regulations;
Elite is seen as the ultimate worry-free programme for clients who require the highest level of equipment reliability, uptime and fiscal certainty. Repair or replacement of maintainable failed parts is included in this agreement, and a comprehensive cooling contingency plan can be put in place if desired.
