Glow-worm’s “no faff” heat pump

UK: Glow-worm has announced the launch of GeniaAir, an R290 monobloc air-source heat pump system that is said to provide trouble-free selection and installation.
A single-fan unit, it comes in outputs of 5kW, 7kW and 11kW, weighing 84kg, 91kg and 133kg, respectively. Flow temperatures are up to 70°C.
The launch of the GeniaAir heat pump is also accompanied by a fully complementary low carbon heating system. This features a new Glow-worm HydraCyl standard non-pre-plumbed cylinder range in sizes from 150 litres to 250 litres, plus the compatible MiPro controls.
According to Glow-worm, the GeniaAir is the result of installer feedback to create a system that’s uncomplicated to specify, easy to install, and simple to commission.
