Absolutely Chilled are Refra UK agents

UK: Paisley-based Absolutely Chilled has been appointed as the UK agent for Lithuanian refrigeration equipment manufacturer Refra.

Established in 2000 and based in Vilnius, Refra offers an extensive range of equipment including transcritical CO2, subcritical and pumped systems, chillers, condensing units, heat pumps and air-side products.

Absolutely Chilled was formed as a refrigeration design and project management consultancy by former KB Refrigeration contracts director Mick Taylor in 2018. He was joined last year by Shane McKenzie, who previously spent over 30 years at ACE Refrigeration, latterly as sales director.

Between them they have over 70-years experience of designing and installing energy efficient refrigeration plant for retail, food manufacturing, medical, pharmaceutical and commercial catering.

Refra products are widely available across Europe with Shane McKenzie revealing that over 50 CO2 packs with heat reclaim have been installed for a major UK retailer.
