ACR News Awards postponed until July

UK: As expected, next week’s ACR News Awards have fallen victim to the coronavirus crisis, being postponed until July, and April’s FETA lunch and BCIA Awards are set to follow.

Originally scheduled to take place next Thursday (March 26), the ACR News Awards will now take place on Thursday July 9 at the same venue, the Chelsea Harbour Hotel.

The organiser confirms that tickets that have already been purchased will remain valid for the new date and ticket buyers will be updated directly if anything changes.

FETA has also confirmed that it is currently liaising with the The Brewery and its speaker to postpone its FETA Lunch event until later in the year, possibly mid-autumn.

Meanwhile, the Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA) is carrying out a similar process regarding their awards event which is currently due to take place at the Metropole in Birmingham on April 30.
