Arcus bags five-year Co-op contract

UK: Arcus FM has been awarded a five-year contract to provide total facilities management service for 13 Co-op distribution centres across the UK.

The contract will see the company providing a total facilities management service to the food retailer, including both maintenance and cleaning services.

Established in 2009, Arcus has been working with the Co-op since 2017 and now delivers refrigeration maintenance services across 515 of its stores in the south east.

Arcus operations director Mark Taylor commented: “This is a fantastic achievement for us as a company and elevates our depot delivery beyond our current single client offering.”
