Aspen and CloudFM in “inspirational” list

UK: Condensate pump and ancillaries manufacturer Aspen Pumps and facilities management company CloudFM have been named as inspirational companies by the London Stock Exchange.

The two businesses are included in London Stock Exchange Group’s recently published 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain report. Coincidentally, both companies were also recent Queen’s Award winners.

The London Stock Exchange report is seen as a celebration of the UK’s fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium sized businesses (SMEs), with companies representing over 40 sectors and spanning every country and region across the UK. To be selected for the list, businesses had to demonstrate not only positive revenue growth over the last three years but also outperform their sector peers.

Speaking of the company’s success, Aspen CEO Adrian Thompson said: “As a company, our focus has always been on a continual drive for innovation and excellent customer relations and it is this which has driven our success. Every facet of the business has contributed to get us where we are today and I look forward to the future as our Group evolves further.”

Jeff Dewing, CEO at Cloudfm, commented: “The report shines a light on some of the UK’s most vibrant companies and Cloudfm is one of only 147 companies in our turnover range to have been recognised. We are thrilled to have been welcomed back into the list for a second consecutive year.”

David Schwimmer, CEO, London Stock Exchange Group, described the companies included in the list as “critical to the UK economy and the creation of a society that works for everyone.”
