Aspen wins innovation award

UK: Aspen Pumps has been recognised for its product innovation, growth and business achievement at the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards.

The awards, announced at a black-tie event at the Effingham Park Hotel on Thursday evening, were presented to companies operating within the Gatwick Diamond, a loosely defined economic area surrounding Gatwick Airport.

Aspen Pumps won the award for Innovation and Technology – a category which recognises continued growth and business achievement through product Innovation.

Aspen’s dedication to innovation started with the Mini Orange condensate removal pump in 1998. Since then, the company has continually developed its pump features and technology, creating products which are designed for specific applications and environments.

A delighted Kelly Butler, Aspen’s Group marketing director, said: ‘‘Innovation is at the heart of what we do and we understand how important it is to work closely with engineers, so that we can continue to innovate and develop our products in line with what they require.”
