Beijer Ref acquires Easy Air Conditioning
4th October 2022UK: Swedish refrigeration wholesaler Beijer Ref has acquired 80% of the shares in UK distributor Easy Air Conditioning, with an option to acquire the remaining shares.
Founded in 2001, Easy Air Conditioning is an established distributor of a range of brands including Samsung, Panasonic and Swegon. It is headquartered in Henley-in-Arden and has an annual turnover of approximately £5.7m.
According to a statement from Beijer Ref, Easy Air Conditioning will continue to operate under its own name.
