BP renews City’s FM contract
24th March 2018UK: City Facilities Management has been awarded a new five year contract with BP to provide FM services across its entire UK retail estate.
The new contract continues their long term partnership to provide building fabric, electrical and refrigeration maintenance services across over 300 retail sites.
City’s partnership with BP first commenced in 2009 and the contract now employs over 60 engineers, supported by a 24/7 helpdesk, based at City’s headquarters in Glasgow.
According to Allan Abernethy, trading manager for BP’s UK retail business this is the first time BP has awarded a contract of this duration to any FM provider.
