Caino heads European data centre push

UK: Airedale International, the UK-based cooling solutions provider, has appointed Jonas Caino to head up a new European data centre solutions team.

The team has been established to build on Airedale’s data centre client portfolio and convert its leading UK position into a pan-European venture. The company says it will look to build on recent Airedale success in the hyperscale market and deploy their proven temperature optimised cooling solutions across the European region, particularly in the strong growth areas of France, Germany, Ireland and The Netherlands.

Caino has over 20 years in the IT and data centre industry. This includes what is described as an extensive background in data centre technology, regularly speaking on the future of data centre design and trends as well as writing for industry magazines.

Airedale MD Tony Cole described the new team as “a real signal of intent from Airedale” to increase its presence in the European market.
