Carrier integrates SLD rental brand

UK: SLD Pumps and Power, the industrial pump and generator rental equipment supplier, has been integrated into the Carrier Rental Systems brand.
Based in Livingston, SLD has been a trading division of Carrier Rental Systems UK since its acquisition in 2007.
The move brings together cooling, heating, pumps and energy solutions under one cohesive Carrier Rental Systems brand for customers across the UK and Ireland.
Carrier insists that customers will benefit from an enhanced and expanded rental portfolio, spanning temperature control, dehumidification, pumps, drainage and energy solutions.
“Our customers increasingly need fast, flexible and reliable hire solutions that go beyond a single product,” said Sean Anderson, rental director UK and Ireland. “This strategic integration allows us to streamline the entire customer journey, from initial enquiry through to post-hire support, while maintaining the service levels and relationships our customers value.”
As part of the integration, Carrier Rental Systems has also launched a consolidated UK website.
