CDL named in fastest growing business list

UK: Gateshead-based Toshiba air conditioning distributor Cool Designs Ltd (CDL) has been named as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in the North East of England.

The prestigious Ward Hadaway North East Fastest 50 Awards, in association with The Journal, celebrate growth, innovation, and the commercial achievements of North East businesses.

Based on financial data filed with Companies House, the list ranks the 50 best performing privately-owned companies which have consistently increased turnover over the past three financial years, whilst remaining profitable.

Cool Designs Ltd was ranked 25th overall, with an average turnover growth of 22.4%, and placed 6th amongst medium-sized businesses.

The accolade follows a successful year for CDL on high profile projects across the region such as Central Square, Durham but also across the UK such as Landmark Building, Manchester. CDL was involved in the early-stage design through to supply on both projects.
