Climalife to host A2L refrigerant webinar

UK: Refrigerant supplier Climalife, in partnership with Honeywell and Tecumseh, is hosting a webinar for refrigeration engineers on A2L refrigerants.

The webinar, which ran in France earlier this month, is designed to enable refrigeration specialists to enhance their knowledge on the use of A2L refrigerants in condensing units up to 40kW for applications in supermarkets, convenience stores, cold rooms and cold stores, for example.

It will focus on three refrigerants, in particular the HFOs R1234yf, R1234ze and R455A, a blend of R1234yf, R-32 and CO2. All have GWPs below 150.

Components and equipment approved for these A2L refrigerants will be presented and their simple application in more detail, covering questions on flammability, load calculation, and glide, for example, through documented case studies.

The webinar takes place on May 7, from 08:30 to 09:30 (GMT+1).
