Cooling Industry’s longest shortlist

UK: The organiser of the Cooling Industry Awards 2018 has announced its longest ever “shortlist” with over 130 nominated products and projects.

The 19 categories cover every aspect of air conditioning and refrigeration, from products and components to applications and projects.

The shortlist contains some of the most prominent names in the industry, as well as some less well known. None, however, can match refrigerant manufacturer Honeywell, which boasts no fewer than 17 shortlisted entries. Mitsubishi Electric is unsuccessful by comparison with just seven shortlisted entries. Rival company Toshiba has six. A complete list of finalists can be found here.

The Cooling Industry Awards presentation evening takes place on September 26 at London Hilton, Park Lane.
