Daikin online tool for installers

Daikin_E-Tool2UK: Daikin UK has launched an online tool for installers of its Split and Sky Air air conditioners.
The new Daikin E-Tool enables the company’s UK installer partners to generate quotes, calculate return on investment, access technical datasheets and place orders online, from any connected device.

The online system also includes a three-step order placement process and an online ROI calculator to analyse the running costs of the systems. The E-Tool can also inform installers if the system is eligible for the UK’s enhanced capital allowance scheme.

“The Daikin E-Tool improves the efficiency and speed at which our clients are able to work and ultimately allows them even greater control over their sales processes,” commented Matteo Dall’Ombra, Solution Creation Engineer at Daikin UK.

By allowing access to a central hub with a summary of all existing projects, the Daikin E-Tool enables customers to keep an eye on up-to-date Daikin news and additional support services.

“The creation of the Daikin E-Tool system will help our customers to have access to all of their important quote and order information and to run their businesses more smoothly. We encourage any Daikin customers to sign up to the portal as soon as possible so that we can begin to work even closer with them on their next projects,” added Dall’Ombra.

After selecting equipment, the new online portal gives Daikin customers direct contact with their sales engineer for advice on their product selection and specification. The ‘Request Engineer Call Back’ facility of the E-Tool means installers can request an immediate call back from their engineer, who will have all of the relevant information on the quotation to hand.

Daikin customers can sign up for the Daikin E-Tool at www.daikin.co.uk/e-tool
