Daikin UK expands Birmingham office

UK: Daikin UK has doubled its Birmingham office space to accommodate its growing air conditioning and heat pump sales teams.

The company has now taken the entire 9,500ft2, two-storey Regents Court property on Birmingham Business Park by expanding onto the 4,705ft2 first floor.

According to Birmingham-based commercial property consultants KWB the employees benefit from modern (Daikin) air-conditioned open plan offices with new shower facilities and dedicated car parking, in addition to on-site shops and amenities.

The Birmingham office, which the company has occupied since 2015, provides regional support to Daikin’s UK office in Weybridge, Surrey, and is part of a network which also includes offices in London, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow.
