Employee investment pays off

UK: Fresh from forming a landmark employee ownership trust, Yorkshire-based Wave Refrigeration has been ranked No1 amongst Investors in People accredited businesses in the construction sector.

In its latest Investors in People assessment, Wave scored 866 out of 900, an improvement of 32, and a large uplift against the average Investors in People benchmark score of 726.

The 2020 assessment ranked Wave in first place out of 155 Investors in People accredited business who operate in the construction sector, and 38 out of all 1,917 Investors in People accredited businesses (0-49 employees).
