ESP puts down roots

UK: Equipment Spare Parts (ESP), supplier of cases and cabinet spares to the refrigeration industry, has pledged to plant 500m2 of woodland, via the National Trust Plant A Tree initiative.

The tree planting scheme, coinciding with the company’s 20th anniversary, is just one of the “green” initiatives that Equipment Spare Parts is involved in to reduce waste and protect the environment.

“At a time when supporting the environment is more important than ever, we’ve been working on a number of plans to improve the sustainability of our business and give something back. We’re thrilled to be celebrating 20 years in business as a leader within our sector, and we plan to be at the forefront of sustainability as well,” said branch manager, Andy Fisher.

“Doing something for the environment on our 20th anniversary was important to all of the ESP team, including myself,” said assistant branch manager, Claire Williams. “We know that planting trees is one of the most effective ways to battle climate change and support the environment. And by planting trees in the year of our 20th anniversary, this provides a lasting legacy that will grow stronger over the next 20 years, just like our business has grown.”

Part of the FSW Group of companies, ESP is a stockist of many of the spares for the world’s leading refrigerated cases and cabinets, including Hussmann, Foster, Williams, Norpe, Honeywell Elm, Koxka and Carrier Linde.
