FSW becomes Mitsubishi official wholesaler

Agreement: FSW’s Peter Emanuel (left) appreciates the upgrade in status provided by Mitsubishi-Electric wholesaler VAR manager Martin Crawford

UK: Mitsubishi Electric has announced that FSW will move from value added reseller (VAR) status to a wholesaler for the company, with immediate effect.

FSW has been acting as a value added reseller since 2013, and will replace Dean & Wood which announced an end to its association with Mitsubishi Electric at the end of last year to concentrate on MHI.

“The relationship with FSW has grown over the past six years and their future plans for growth demonstrate FSW’s knowledge and understanding of the quality and customer care needed to thrive in today’s commercial environment,” commented Deane Flint, Mitsubishi Electric’s branch vice-president and joint divisional manager.

FSW has 24 branches nationwide and will now be stocking the complete range of split and multi-split air conditioning products from across the M Series and Mr Slim product lines.

FSW has developed a dedicated Air Conditioning department called ACHub, which provides expert technical support, order processing, pre-sales design and spares to support air conditioning customers and FSW’s branch network and external sales teams. The company also has dedicated air conditioning sales engineers who receive regular training and product updates with Mitsubishi Electric.

“We are committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service and support and we see this expansion as a great opportunity to strengthen and develop our relationship with Mitsubishi Electric,” said FSW’s air conditioning product manager Peter Emanuel.
