FSW offers CO2 training

UK: Refrigeration wholesaler FSW is now offering a one-day CO2 training course to support its recently introduced Profroid QuietCO2OL CO2 packaged condensing unit.

Organised in partnership with Business Edge, the specialist  air conditioning and refrigeration training provider, the course is designed to enable technicians to plan and undertake installation and commissioning of transcritical condensing units.

The course is open to all F-gas qualified technicians and covers: hazards and safe handling of R744; theoretical understanding of trans-critical refrigeration systems; jointing and pressure testing K65 pipe; installation, testing, charging and commissioning of the Profroid condensing units, including the Carel controller; servicing and maintenance.

A certificate of competency issued by Logic Certification along with detailed course notes is provided for each course candidate.

Courses dates available to book now are September 27, October 25 and November 15.

Training is conducted at the Business Edge training centre in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Cost of the one day course is £350.00 +VAT and includes lunch and refreshments.
