Hauser UK leases new facility in Exhall

UK: Hauser Refrigeration UK, the UK subsidiary of the Austrian refrigerated cabinet manufacturer, has taken a ten-year lease on a new 8,600ft2 unit at the Loades Ecoparc in Exhall, Warwickshire.
According to commercial property agency Bromwich Hardy, Hauser has taken the largest unit on the newly-developed second phase of the 15-acre park.
Loades Ecoparc incorporates high quality, technology driven eco-designs such as PV panels, barrel roofs and electric charge points for vehicles and is less than one mile from junction 3 of the M6.
