IoR to publish risk assessment guide

UK: The Institute of Refrigeration is to launch a new guidance note on Point of Work Risk Assessment at this year’s annual conference on June 12.
The guide will provide a template with the key risk areas a technician needs to consider before they start work.
Its launch coincides with this year’s conference on the same topic. The event will include several case study presentations, a step-by-step guide on assessing risk by John Ellis and an overview of safety and risk related to the use of flammable refrigerants by Dermot Cotter.
