Kensa names new CEO

UK: The Kensa Group has announced the appointment of Tamsin Lishman as their new CEO from 1 October, following the decision by current CEO Dr Matt Trewhella to step down.

Lishman, an Oxford graduate of Engineering Science and Fellow of the Energy Institute, will join the ground-source heat pump company from her current role as chief revenue officer at thermal energy storage company EnergyNest. Prior to that she held senior positions at Northumbrian Water Group, Centrica, and BP.

Dr Matthew Trewhella, who has been with the Kensa Group since 2013, will remain as CEO, working closely with Lishman from September 1 to ensure a comprehensive handover and a smooth transition. He will then take up the position of director of strategic business development prior to his planned departure on 12 April 2024.
