UK: The Institute of Refrigeration’s Kenneth Lightfoot Medal for best technical paper has this year been won by a team from the London South Bank University (LSBU).

The winner of the Kenneth Lightfoot Medal is selected annually by votes cast by IOR members. It is named in honour of past president Kenneth Lightfoot who sought to encourage young researchers, is supported by Lightfoot Defence and the prize includes an engraved medal and a prize of £500 provided by Lightfoot Defence.
