Mike Gittoes joins Wave

UK: Mike Gittoes, former MD of Arctic Circle, has joined Wave, the Yorkshire-based refrigeration engineering consultancy.
Gittoes spent 10 years at manufacturer Arctic Circle, the last three as MD. The Hereford based company went into receivership in February.
He held a number of roles during his time at the company. Starting in the purchasing team as a materials controller, he soon progressed to operations supervisor and then fulfilment manager before being appointed operations director in 2018.
More formally known as Wheatland’s Aire Valley Engineering, Wave was established in 2015, to provide independent and impartial design and project support consultancy services. Its head office is in Cross Hills, near Keighley, Yorkshire.
