Munters buys Humi-Tech Services
4th July 2018UK: Swedish humidification company Munters has acquired Kent-based Humi-Tech Services Ltd.
Established in 1999, Humi-Tech is a humidifier installation, commissioning, service and maintenance specialist covering all of the UK. The company has seven employees and a turnover in the region of £1.2m.
“The acquisition will expand our competencies related to humidification and enable us to grow our ability to support our customers with new service offerings. It is part of Munters Global Services strategy to grow its footprint and competence,” said Munters Global Services president Sébastien Leichtnam.
