Oxford Hardware acquired by US supplier Kason

UK/USA: Oxford Hardware, the Warwickshire based commercial kitchen and refrigeration component supplier, has been acquired by US manufacturer Kason Industries.

Oxford Hardware was formed in 2001 by David Cleave who has been in the catering and refrigeration hardware business since 1996. The company has been working as a Kason distributor for many years.

Formed in 1926 with headquarters in Newnan, Georgia, Kason Industries is one of the largest suppliers of hardware and components for refrigeration, foodservice and industrial equipment.
