Peter Grierson appointed MD at J S Wright

UK: Peter Grierson, former national sales director for Wolseley Pipe and Climate, has joined Birmingham-based M&E company J S Wright as its new MD.

Grierson takes control of the day-to-day running of J S Wright and its sister company Wright Maintenance following Phil Leech’s move to chairman.

Beginning his career as a trainee sales representative with Graham, the plumbers’ merchant chain, Grierson became business manager of Alumasc in 2000. He then moved to pipeline and heating solutions giant BSS Group as key account director, rising to southern region director and then national business development director.

Prior to joining Wolseley, he spent a year as business development director at Brymec and was regional sales director south for interior fit-out product specialist SIG Interiors.
