Rampling joins start-up company ACR Supplies

ACR Supplies directors Tony Horne, Craig Peebles and Mark Rampling

UK: Mark Rampling, owner of LNE, a Malaysia-based manufacturer of metal components, has been made a director of new air conditioning and refrigeration distribution company ACR Supplies.

As head of manufacturing, Rampling joins sales director Craig Peebles and operations director Tony Horne in the new business. Founded in 2002, Rampling’s business in Kuala Lumpur concentrates on high-end aluminium and metal-based components for the lighting, air conditioning and electrical industries.

ACR Supplies is now trading from 540m² premises on the Eldon Road Trading Estate in Attenborough, south west of Nottingham city centre.

The company’s product catalogue, which already boasts around 200 product lines, has been boosted by its appointment as UK and Ireland distributor for the US-manufactured Hydra-Zorb clamps.

In addition to LNE products, the complete portfolio includes brackets and guards, roof supports, display case pumps, fan motors and condenser housings from manufacturers including Belgian manufacturer Castel Engineering and Italian component manufacturer Rodigas.

ACR Supplies sales director Craig Peebles says the new company will offer competitive products from established manufacturers. “With strong ties to manufacturing facilities around the world we ensure high quality products throughout our range, giving confidence to any contractors who are installing our products,” he said.
