Rodgers appointed MD of Lightfoot Defence

UK: Steven Rodgers (above), the current commercial director of Lightfoot Defence, is taking over as managing director from Terry Nicholls on October 1.

Terry Nicholls joined the company in 2008 as sales and operations director, becoming MD in 2015.

Although no longer have a functional role with the company, Nicholls will remain on the board of directors and provide mentoring to the executive management team. 

Steven Rodgers is a time served ex-Royal Navy artificer apprentice who left the service as warrant officer after 28 years’ service. Having now worked in industry for over 20 years, Rodgers has held positions as production manager, operations manager and general manager. He was appointed to the board as commercial director in 2013.
