Ryan Walton is BESA apprentice winner

Ryan Walton received his award from guest speaker, the author and journalist Eve Pollard, and BESA president Tim Hopkinson

UK: Ryan Walton of Watford-based AC Solutions Group has been named Apprentice of the Year by the London, south east and midlands section of BESA.

Ryan was also named as winner of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Apprentice of the Year category at today’s BESA President’s Lunch at London’s Oxo Tower.

The BESA Awards recognise apprentices within the building services industry who have had outstanding achievements over the past year. As London, south east and midlands winner, Ryan will now go forward to the finals of the BESA National Awards 2018 in London on November 1.

It was a busy day for Ryan. After picking up the BESA award, he was off to London’s Hilton as a shortlisted finalist in the Student of the Year Award at this evening’s Cooling Industry Awards.
