Smith Brothers looks for expansion

UK: Daikin air conditioning wholesaler Smith Brothers has relocated its Birmingham and Oldham branches into larger units.

The company, which specialises in the distribution of pipework, valves, air conditioning and all associated fittings, exceeded £100m in sales for the first time last year, making it the most successful year in its 120+ year history.

With Smith Brothers saying it plans to continue the growth in 2019, the new locations will allow for increased stock levels.

The Birmingham branch preparing for opening

The Birmingham branch has moved just a few yards to larger premises on the Alpha Park industrial estate in Smethwick. The new Oldham branch is situated on Vulcan Business Park, less than half a mile away from its previous site.

For the record, the new addresses are:
Unit 4 Alpha Park, Bevan Way, Smethwick, West Midlands B66 1BZ
Units A & B Vulcan Business Park, Derker Street, Oldham OL1 4AS

The email and phone numbers for both locations remain the same.
