Total Warrior Graham raises £1k for the NHS

UK: Bitzer UK sales director James Graham has helped raise over £1,000 for the NHS by taking part in the Total Warrior challenge, a 12km course of fiendish obstacles.

The event, held at Bramham Park, Leeds, last month, attracted dozens of teams keen to jump, swim, climb and run through a quagmire of mud while tackling 26 obstacles with such names as Hang Tough, Human BBQ, the Shocker and Peaks of Pain.

James Graham’s team of seven completed the 12km course in 2hrs 15mins, raising over £1000 for the NHS.

“Getting over a 9ft vertical wall with over-hang was a challenge,” Graham admitted. “However, running through the forest of dangling electric wires is something that life just doesn’t prepare you for. It took a moment to psych myself up, but, once you are off and moving, there is no stopping.”
