African group grows to 38

AFRICA: The Union of Associations of African Actors in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (U-3ARC) has grown to 38 member countries.
Formed last May with an initial membership of 25 refrigeration and air conditioning associations from 24 African countries, U-3ARC has now grown to 38 with the recent additions of Angola, Sudan and South Africa.
The group was the brainchild of Madi Sakandé, general manager of the Italian company New Cold System, formed in order to contribute to the sustainable socio-economic development of Africa and overcome the environmental challenges linked to the refrigeration and air conditioning sector.
