Apleona acquires Air for All

GERMANY: Facilities management company Apleona has acquired German ventilation, air conditioning and smoke extraction system contractor Air for All.

Based in Gerlingen, near Stuttgart, Air for All is said to possess specific expertise in the area of cleanrooms and laboratories. Its business activities are focused on customers in the industry, automotive and healthcare sectors. It has a 60-strong workforce, mainly air conditioning and ventilation engineers and specialists.

The transaction strengthens Apleona’s building technology division, Apleona Wolfferts, expanding its range of technical systems and its presence in the southwest of Germany. The existing Air for All management team will continue to run the company.
