ASERCOM expands CU certification

BELGIUM: ASERCOM, the Association of European Refrigeration Component Manufacturers, advanced its benchmark certification process in 2023 with the certification of a further 137 condensing units.

This brings the total number of ASERCOM-certified condensing units to 829.

ASERCOM provides a comprehensive overview of these certified units on its website, enabling the research and selection of units based on various criteria.

The certification process involves not only verification of manufacturers’ specifications and performance data but also stringent testing under specific temperature conditions according to the latest EN13215 standard.

This process also ensures the compliance of appliances with the Ecodesign directive.
